Rename Meetings in Sidebar

It’s not helpful to have a list of 100 meetings all called “Teams” in the sidebar, with no ability rename them. The meeting source (Teams) should be appended with an AI-generated meeting name that can also be edited in-app.

Renaming an existing meeting of the md file in Finder causes the transcript to no longer be recognized by the app, it fully disappears.
